NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 24, 2012, in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neill, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 6, Block 2, of Carastal Manor Addition to Zephyrhills, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 77, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with Mobile Home more specifically described as follows: 2002 FTWD, ID# GAFL239A16495F221 and GAFL239B16495F221.
The sale will be held on May 31, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclosure.com, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
