Along with the following ingress/egress and utility easement: A portion of Tract 35 and 36 of the unrecorded plat of Sherwood Forest in Section 28, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 28; thence North 0°05'15” West 1316.73 feet; thence North 0°05'56” West 304.25 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue North 0°05'56” West 50.00 feet; thence North 89°44'40” West 660.36 feet; thence South 0°10'19” East 50.00 feet; thence South 89°44'40” East 660.29 feet to the Point of Beginning.
