NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007733 -XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and LUIGI GADALETA A/K/A LUIGI ANGELO GADALETA; NELIDA D. GADALETA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS;; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BEACON SQUARE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 931, OF BEACON SQUARE UNIT EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREFORE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
