McBroom and Charles K. McBroom, Her Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on May 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK B, GRANDVIEW PARK ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
