NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-005901-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Annette Grande, Individually and as Trustee of the Peter T. Grande and Annette Grande Revocable Living Trust dated March 26, 2003 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on May 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 495, REGENCY PARK, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 58 AND 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
