NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated APRIL 24, 2012, and entered in 51-2009-CA-000695WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-08, is the Plaintiff and GEORGE G. DAVIS; DIANA P. DAVIS; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on MAY 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, WINDSOR MILL UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
