NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 10, 2012, and entered in 51-2009-CA-002399(ES) of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE L GRIMES; CASEY S GRIMES; SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE NKA ANIEL MATUCAN; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on MAY 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 34, SEVEN OAKS PARCEL S-9, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 128 THROUGH 139, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
