NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated April 10, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-000228-SC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-WM4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WM4, Plaintiff and Jean Robert Castor are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on May 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
