Unit 247, Building 19, PELICAN COVE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1292, Page 2167, et. seq., merged in Official Records Book 1673, Page 920, together with amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, Page 15 as amended, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
