Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 23, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 13, BLOCK 4, LAKE CARROLL GROVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 2115 CARROLL PLACE, TAMPA, FL 33612; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida on July 12, 2012 @ 10 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
