NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated April 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-015277-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Kevin Bowman are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on May 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, DESOTO OAKS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
