NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 013036 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN E. EBERT,II, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, KATHERINE B. EBERT; STEPHEN E. EBERT; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cashelectronically at www.sarasota.realfor eclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6529 AND 6530, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 24, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
