NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 015564 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS MITCHELL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, A DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK, N.A.; KATHRYN MANN; SHERRILYNN URFER A/K/A SHERRILYN URFER; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A RUBY PEREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
