NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009928 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOEL CARDOZO GOMEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; SALVADORA BRICENO; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ILDER LOPEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13, 14 AND 15, BLOCK O, LENRAY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 43 AND 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
