NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-007029(D) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and DANA J. WALKER; OAKDALE RIVERVIEW ESTATES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A DOUG POLING are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2:00 pm on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on May 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 113, IN BLOCK 1 OF OAKDALE RIVERVIEW ESTATES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, ON PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. A/K/A 1118 HARDWOOD DR. VALRIC, FL 33594 - a/k/a 1118 HARDWOOD DRIVE, VALRICO, FL 33594.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
