NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2012, and entered in 10-CA-007895(D) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and RUDOLPH JOHN TORRES, JR. A/K/A RUDOLPH JOHN TORRES A/K/A RUDOLPH J. TORRES, JR. A/K/A RUDOLPH J. TORRES A/K/A RUDOLPH TORRES, JR. A/K/A RUDOLPH TORRES, JR.; DESIREE TORRES; JOHN DOE N/K/A AL VEDIA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2 P.M. on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on May 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 59, EAST TAMPA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PG 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 2008 STUART ST., TAMPA, FL 33605.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
