NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006437 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and KRISTINA LORINCZ, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., BERMUDA PARK ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTINA LORINCZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 23, BERMUDA PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1423, PAGES 1834 THROUGH 1883, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY; AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREROF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16, PAGES 8 AND 8A, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
