NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 25th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 000986 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and PAUL RICHAU; JUDITH M. REIST; JUDITH R. RICHAU; JOSEPH WENGERD; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A SUE CALDWELL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THENCE WEST 113 FEET THENCE NORTH AND PARALLEL TO EAST LINE OF SAID SW 1/4 OF NW 1/4 125 FEET EAST AND PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE OF SW 1/4 OF NW 1/4 113 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 125 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
