NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-017345 DIV. D of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE1, is the Plaintiff and NANCY ABRAHAM; DIAS ABRAHAM; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; PRIME ACCEPTANCE CORP.; MANGO GROVES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in ROOM 201/202, AT THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2ND FLOOR, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, beginnig at 2:00pm on July 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 165, MANGO GROVE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
