NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2012, and entered in 2007-CA-013104 DIV. F of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein SELENE RMOF REO ACQUISITION, LLC, is the Plaintiff and VINH QUANG DANG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VINH QUANG DANG; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 10 am on May 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK “B”, AYALA'S GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 2120 W ELM ST, TAMPA, FL 33604.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
