NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered April 19, 2012 in Case No. 29-2011-CA-014666 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, JONATHAN N LUFT, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash at 800 E. TWIGGS ST 2ND FLOOR RM 201/202 TAMPA, FL 33602, Florida, at the hour of 2pm, on the 22 day of May, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1 MEADOW BROOK UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK FO THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73 IN PAGE 14; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
