NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated April 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2011-CA-011108 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 13 day of June, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14, THE VILLAS OF HYDE PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4755, PAGE 1180, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
