NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated 19 day of April, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 08-CA-030572, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale in Room 201/202, George Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, 33602, at 10:00 A.M. on August 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 1, PLAZA TERRACE UNIT NO. 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33 Page 12 of the public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
