NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-017198 DIv. J of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and Ruben Teijeiro; John Doe as Unknown Tenant n/k/a Renee Sesler; and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Aegis Wholesale Corporation, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor, Rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, May 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23 in Block 8 of RE-REVISED MAP OF DRUID HILLS SUBDIVISION, according to map thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 33, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
