TO: JAMES W. CHUPP, deceased, and DOROTHY T. CHUPP, deceased; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, including but not limited to those Heirs and Devisees of the ESTATE OF JAMES W. CHUPP, deceased, and the ESTATE OF DOROTHY T. CHUPP, deceased:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a First Amended Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in Kingswood Co-Op, which is located in Hillsborough County, Florida and which is more fully described as:
Unit/Lot 180 of KINGSWOOD CO-OP, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O. R. Book 10584, Page 428, et seq., Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement.
The mobile home is further described as a 1993 Palm; Title No. 64340119 (VIN PH096298BFL; Decal No. 12044331) and Title No. 64340120 (VIN PH096298FL; Decal No. 12044332)
Also known as 10022 King Oak Drive, Lot 180, Riverview, Florida 33569
This action has been filed against you as the Defendants, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff attorney, whose address is: Karen E. Maller, Esq., Powell, Carney, Maller, P.A., One Progress Plaza, Suite 1210, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before June 4, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the First Amended Complaint.
