NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 17, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-028978 D, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, Bank of America, N.A, is the Plaintiff, and, MARCO A. RODRIGUEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCO A. RODRIGUES , XIOMARA LAVIGNE, SUNTRUST BANK, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, JANE DOE NKA HEATHER YEBBA, STATE OF FLORIDA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida at 2:00 PM on May 22, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 AND 8, BLOCK 87, TERRACE PARK UNIT NO.4 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE ALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
