NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 24, 2012 in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-014914 S, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, F.S.B is the Plaintiff, and, ROBERT FINLEY; unknown spouse of ROBERT FINLEY; waterside community association, inc.; the condominium association of waterside i, inc. a/k/a waterside condominium i association, inc. and unknown tenant or TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, in ROOM 201/202, IN THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2ND FLOOR, 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, @ 2:00 p.m. on 4 day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 104, BUILDING 33, OF WATERSIDE CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4608, PAGE 1414, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS, IF ANY
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE ALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
