NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated January 19, 2012, entered in Case No. 09-CA-006677 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon As Trustee For The Certificateholders CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-24 is the Plaintiff and Adriana Astacio; Unknown Spouse of Adriana Astacio; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Eas Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, 10:00 A.M., on May 17, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
Lot 22, Block 3, WOODBRIDGE PARK UNIT NO. 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 29 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
