NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated APRIL 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-16523 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CB3is Plaintiff and ANTHONY M. DIFALCO A/K/A ANTHONY M. DI FALCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY M. DIFALCO A/K/A ANTHONY M. DI FALCO, IF ANY; MILLY DIFALCO A/K/A MILLY DI FALCO A/K/A MILLY A DIFALCO A/K/A MILLY ABALON-DIFALCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MILLY DIFALCO A/K/A MILLY DI FALCO A/K/A MILLY A DIFALCO A/K/A MILLY ABALON-DIFALCO, IF ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 23RD day of MAY, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 245, 8TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION ASCCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK, PAGES 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARAOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065
