M-12405-201, RENAISSANCE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15820 AT PAGE 1951, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED JANUARY 17, 2006, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15997 AT PAGE 0921, AS FURTHER AMENDED BY SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED FEBRUARY 01, 2006, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16066, AT PAGE 0210, AND AS FURTHER AMENDED BY THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED FEBRUARY 14, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16110, AT PAGE 1340, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 12405 HIBISCUS OAK PLACE #201, TAMPA, FL 33612; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on May 30, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
