Final Judgment was awarded on November 20, 2009 in Civil Case No.:2009 CA 003470 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and, GABRIELA PACHE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GABRIELA PACHE; BERMUDA PARK ASSOCIATION INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
