Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL beginning at 2:00pm on the 1st day of June, 2012, the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 2882-A, Building 13, Somerset Park, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15971, Page 1, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Including the buildings and appurtenances located thereon; together with any improvements erected and fixtures attached to the described property.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale
