NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated APRIL 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-007147 SC (C), of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-01 is Plaintiff and CHARLES A. PITTS; CHRISTINE M/ PITTS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclosue.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 29TH day of MAY, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ½ OF LOT 16875, AND ALL OF LOTS 16876 & 16877, UNIT 63, SOUTH VENICE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
