NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 006221 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR EQUITY ONE INC. MORTGAGE/PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES NUMBER 2004-5 is Plaintiff and KEITH WOOLEY A/K/A KEITH M. WOOLEY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEITH WOOLEY A/K/A KEITH M. WOOLEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION; TENANT #1, TENANT#2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclosue.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 29TH day of MAY, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 519, 11TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 2, 2A THROUGH 2L, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
