NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, and entered in 10-CA-012812(K) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is a Plaintiff and CONCETTA MARIA COSTA A/K/A CONCETTA M. COSTA; SCOTT R. EHRLICH; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY III; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10A.M. on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on June 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, SOUTH FORK UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 13410 FLADGATE MARK DRIVE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33579-2378.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
