NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 032390 (A) of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and FRANCISCO MOLINA; ENY MOLINA; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; JOHN TENANT n/k/a JUAN PEREZ and JANE TENANT n/k/a REBECCA FIALLOS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the George Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10:00 AM on July 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Paul's Manor Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 56, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
