ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23 is Plaintiff and DANIEL W. ARANDA; GRACIELA BONILLA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR THE LENDING GROUP, INC. MIN NO. 1002908-0000029841-4; THE GREEN OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title Or Interest In The Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 31 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOW AS UNIT 7504, BUILDING 300, OF THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTY, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE I THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4381, PAGE 1167, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
