Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered April 24, 2012 in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. G in Building 14 of MERIDIAN LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 16508, Pages 23 through 209, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements, and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on June 15, 2012, at 10 am, on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
