NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated April 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008-CA-018287, DIVISION: K, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and HECTOR J. JARAMILLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HECTOR J. JARAMILLO; JOHN DOE and MARY DOE are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 15 day of June, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, POND EDDY SUBDIVISION UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 17520 Meadowbridge Drive, Lutz, Florida 33549
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
