NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated April 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-000804 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 4 day of June, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 5, COVINGTON PARK PHASE 1A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
