NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Summary Judgment dated April 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-006822, DIVISION: K, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff, and MELONIE M. BESSETTE F/K/A MELONIE M. POLLACK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELONIE M. BESSETTE F/K/A MELONIE M. POLLACK; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 7 day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 TO 6, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK H, MANGO HILLS ADDITION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
