Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment as to Mortgage Foreclosure, and entered into Civil Court Action 11-CA-12636-D in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which the Mitchell Family Foundation, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Johnny C. Traina is a Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. In a sale at Public Auction to be held in the following location: Hillsborough County Court, 2nd Floor, Room 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602 beginning at 2:00 P.M. on May 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
The North 1/2 of Lot 5, LESS the South 30.75 feet thereof, Block 5, ORANGE PARK, according to the map of plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 104, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 2611 Tampa Street, Tampa, Florida 33602.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
