NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 30th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-23832, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA FRENCH A/K/A PATRICIA A. FRENCH; ORLANDO ACADEMY CAY CLUB I COA, INC; ORLANDO ACADEMY CAY CLUB INC C/O MEYERS, JARED M, REGISTERES AGENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA FRENCH A/K/A PATRICIA A. FRENCH; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Room 350- Civil Division of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4913, THE ORLANDO ACADEMY CAY CLUB I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8919, PAGE 2522, THROUGH 2779, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
