NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 26th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009CA010672O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ENID RODRIGUEZ; NILBERTO RODRIGUEZ JR A/K/A AKA NILBERTO RODRIGUEZ; FIELDSTREAM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A VANETTE DELRIO; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Room 350- Civil Division of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on June 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 123, OF FIELDSTREAM-PHASE I, SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, AT PAGE 28, 29, 30 AND 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
