NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated April 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48 2009 CA 011133 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and GREGORY LOWERY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MICHELLE HARRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY LOWERY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A REBECCA MAUK; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Room 350- Civil Division of the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on June 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, LAKE SHORE GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
