NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated April 26th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48 2009 CA 011133 O, of the Circu2007CA014972O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JUNE 1, 2003 MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL 1 INC. TRUST 2003-NC6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-NC6 is the Plaintiff and JOHN G. PHERAI; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA HARDY; DIAN PHERAI; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on June 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 LESS THE WEST 1191 FEET AND THE NORTH 477.44 FEET AND THE EAST 20 FEET THEREOF IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
