NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of April 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-26735, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and RAAFAT IKLADOUS A/K/A RAAFAT C. IKLADOUS; MONA IKLADOUS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of June, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk .realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, HUNTERS CREEK - TRACT 335, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 132 - 134, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
