NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-018307-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and LEA ANN BOILEAU, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK D, OF LAKE MENDELIN ESTATES, ADDITION NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK S, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
