NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-020584-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and JACQULINE GUARCH, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
