NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-020862-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JAMIE STEWART, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 54, SHEELER OAKS - PHASE THREE - A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, page 25, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
